Secret Garden is hemp-derived and federally legal, but TSA and state laws can be murky—especially when it comes to liquids and anything with THC on the label. Some states still have outdated cannabis laws, and not every airport (or TSA agent) is up to speed.

If you’re flying, we recommend sipping it before you go and leaving the bottle at home. Or better yet—ship it to your destination and float when you land.
