1. ELIGIBILITY & AGE REQUIREMENTS

You must be 21 years of age or older to access this website and purchase any products from Secret Garden.

By using our site, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are legally permitted to purchase hemp-derived products in your jurisdiction

  • You will not provide our products to minors

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders if we believe these requirements are not met.

2. HEMP-DERIVED PRODUCTS DISCLAIMER

Our products contain hemp-derived Delta-9 THC and are compliant with the 2018 Farm Bill, containing no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis.

Important Disclosures:

  • Effects may vary by individual

  • Do not drive or operate heavy machinery after consuming

  • Do not combine with alcohol unless you understand your tolerance

  • Not recommended for pregnant or nursing individuals

  • Consult a physician before use if you have medical conditions or take medications

Secret Garden products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

3. PRODUCT ACCURACY & MISFITS

We make every effort to accurately display product descriptions, pricing, and availability. However:

  • Flavor, color, and experience may vary slightly by batch

  • “Misfit” products are sold as-is and clearly labeled as not meeting our usual flavor standards, while remaining safe and compliant

We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time without notice.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method

  • All billing information is accurate

Orders may be canceled or refunded at our discretion if fraud or misuse is suspected.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship only to locations where hemp-derived Delta-9 products are legal.

Once an order leaves our facility:

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon shipment

It is the customer’s responsibility to understand local and state laws prior to ordering.

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the consumable nature of our products, all sales are final unless:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • An incorrect item was shipped

Any approved refunds or replacements are issued at our sole discretion.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site — including logos, product names, copy, images, graphics, and designs — is the property of Secret Garden Beverage Co. and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

8. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:
